  • Step 1 - Quote and compare in seconds Select the types of mortgages you are interested in from our extensive range and, without entering any personal data, get a Quick Quote that allows you to compare what is on offer. 
  • Step 2 - Personalised Key Facts Illustration For this section we'll need to know a little more about you, but don't worry, all your details are completely secure. You are now free to exit and return to the application whenever you wish.
  • Step 3 - Decision in Principle Adding a little more detail returns an instant mortgage decision and Homebuyers Promise Certificate.
  • Step 4 - Full Application Completing the process online means a faster service for you. If you are planning to go through a full application now you'll need the following information to hand:
    • Income details
    • Existing mortgage statements
    • Existing loan agreements
    • Your National Insurance Number (found on pay slips and P60s)

 

Buy to Let applications are not governed by the same FSA regulations as residential mortgages so a Key Facts Illustration will not be provided, however, a separate illustration will be available.
