The Cheshire, in partnership with Cardif Pinnacle, offers Mortgage Payment Protection Insurance which is specifically designed for our borrowers. You have a choice of the following cover options:

• Accident, Sickness & Unemployment.
• Accident & Sickness.
• Unemployment (only available in respect of a new mortgage).

Our product pricing means that you only pay for the cover you need.  The monthly cost for an Accident, Sickness and Unemployment policy is £5.50 (plus insurance premium tax at 5%) per £100 of monthly cover.

For example, if your monthly Mortgage Care benefit is £300 the cost of your protection per month is £17.33 for full Accident, Sickness & Unemployment cover, £10.24 for Accident & Sickness Only Cover or £8.67 for Unemployment Only Cover. Please note this example is for a full costing inclusive of Insurance Premium Tax.
