Reporting a lost Cheshire passbook
Although every care is taken to protect you, should you have lost or had your Cheshire passbook stolen it is imperative that you contact us as soon as possible.
Please call 0800 195 1514 at your earliest convenience.
Our Customer Contact Centre is open 8.00am to 8.00pm on weekdays, 9.00am to 4.00pm on Saturdays. Please note that, for security and training purposes, calls may be recorded.
You will also need to send us:
- lost passbook form
- 2 acceptable forms of identification*
- Your crime reference number if stolen.
Your replacement passbook will be issued after 7 days.
Please note: If you are unable to provide a crime reference number, a £5 charge will apply. The £5.00 charge also applies where the passbook is second time lost.
