E-Mex Home Funding Ltd

E-Mex Home Funding is a subsidiary of the Society established in 2000 to acquire mortgages from other lenders in niche growth areas including Buy to Let, Self Certification, Adverse and Equity Release. This has given us the opportunity to consider different types of lending not usually associated with the Cheshire Brand.

E-Mex have since acquired 13 mortgage books which are performing well and are a valuable source of revenue for the Society providing a significant contribution to Group profit.

The Prudential accounts are serviced in-house whilst other accounts are serviced by third party administrators. This provides E-Mex with valuable income without affecting our processing capacity.

The growth of E-Mex has been a positive development for the Society and it will continue to consider acquiring other profitable and diverse lending.
