Cheshire Building Society appoints new Head of Branch Sales

Cheshire Building Society has appointed Tony Dubberley as its new Head of Branch Sales, responsible for driving sales across the Society’s 45 branches.

Dubberley, who lives in Aldridge, Walsall, has more than 30 years experience in financial services. In his most recent role as Managing Director of Energize Solutions, he played a key role in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for several clients including a start-up business and an international bank.

Previous building society experience includes General Manager of Sales for West Bromwich Building Society, where as he was responsible for all sales distribution channels. He has a strong reputation in the building society sector built on his leadership skills, effective strategies and delivery of strong sales results.

Commenting on his appointment, Tony said: “I am delighted to join the Cheshire and look forward to building on its strong foundations and reputation. It is an exciting opportunity to lead the sales teams across the established branch network, drive sales and take the Society into a stronger financial position in 2008”.
